Fed:RBA should show caution on rates:ACCI

The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry says the Reserve Bank should show caution
about raising interest rates too quickly .. and not choke off early signs of economic
recovery.

The ACCI's GREG EVANS says there's still a slight chance the central bank won't lift
rates .. when it holds its monthly board meeting today.

And he says if the official rate is lifted .. banks shouldn't necessarily lift them
by the full amount .. because they've increased their net interest margin.
